Harlem’s Renaissance Ballroom-replacing condo will debut next month

Sales have launched at The Rennie, Harlem’s newest collection of luxury condos situated on the site of the historic Renaissance Ballroom and Casino. The new eight-story building features a handsome brick facade inspired by the surrounding architecture. The building takes its name from the iconic ballroom it replaces, where a local basketball team, The Rens, played home games from 1923 to 1949. Homes at The Rennie range in size from studios to three-bedrooms and feature high-end appliances, including laundry in-unit. Residents will have access to a suite of amenities, including a fitness center, a spacious rooftop lounge, and attended parking.
