Dan Mazzarini of BDHM Design is the driving force behind the luxe model residences at The Rennie. The building’s Harlem condos for sale range from studios to three-bedroom options, with Mazzarini imagining potential clients for each of his open-concept designs. “For each unit, we have unique narratives—from our single boho girl, to two guys that are photographers, to our empty nesters. For each unit and narrative, we consider layout, color, materials, style, and styling to help tell the story of these people,” says Mazzarini. The designer adorned a one-bedroom model in teals, greens, and rust colors, in addition to nature-inspired accent pieces and geometric furniture and decorated a two-bedroom home in black and white with walnut and chrome accents and a velvet and leather sofa, while his three-bedroom “empty nester” version features a neutral palette and diverse art collection.
